DIY Anti-Aging Skin Care Avocado Honey Face Mask

  •  1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon plain yogurt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or almond oil


Prepare the AvocadoScoop out half an avocado and put it in a mixing bowl. Make sure the avocado is soft and ripe enough to mash with ease.

Mash the AvocadoWith the help of a fork, mash the avocado until it becomes a smooth, lump-free paste. This will be the base of your face mask.

Add HoneyAdd 1 tablespoon of raw honey to the mashed avocado. Honey is a natural humectant, helping to lock in moisture and promote skin elasticity.

Optional: Include yogurt for extra nourishment. Add 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt to the mixture. Yogurt contains lactic acid, which can help exfoliate dead skin cells and promote a more radiant complexion.
